Asan Memorial Poetry Prize aka Asan Smaraka Kavitha Puraskaram is a Malayalam literary award instituted in the year 1985 by Asan Memorial Association in memory of the renowned Malayalam poet N. Kumaran Asan.
Initially, it was given to both Tamil and Malayalam poets, but now it is given annually only to honor outstanding poets of Malayalam language.
The Award comprises of Rs 50000, sculpture and certificate.
The Asan World Prize is another category instituted for a poetry award by the Asan Memorial Association. Inaugurated 1st November of the year 2017, this triennial award comprises a purse of ₹5 lakh.

In 2018, this award was given to the renowned Chilean poet Raul Zurita on the eve of the Asan World Prize Literary Festival organized to mark the 146th birth anniversary of Kumaran Asan at his birthplace, Kayikkara in Thiruvananthapuram.
